All our permanent employees are eligible to join our pension fund; in fact it's a core benefit - we offer a tax efficient way to fund your retirement with the flexibility to invest between 4%-12% of your salary.

If you would like to request contributions above 12% you can use the 'Additional Advantage Contributions' option.

Additional advantage contributions

It's never too early to think about retirement. The additional contributions option offers an attractive tax-free compliment to additional voluntary contributions in planning your retirement.

This option allows members of the Pension Fund to allocate additional contributions from their 'AZ Advantage' Fund, which are then invested by AstraZeneca, in a fund plan of your choice.
